Three generations of the family have cultivated turmeric since 1962 . What began as a single plot is now a globally certified export collective — but the curing still happens under the same sun, and the turmeric is still grown like food for our own children.

Step 01Heirloom Erode turmeric cultivated on certified organic farms using natural compost, neem-based pest control and crop rotation. No synthetic chemicals touch our soil.

Step 02Hand-harvested at peak maturity (7–9 months) to maximise curcumin density. Rhizomes are carefully lifted to avoid bruising and sorted on the field.

Washing & Boiling
Step 03Thoroughly washed to remove soil, then traditionally boiled in water to soften and activate the curcumin. This curing step fixes the signature golden colour.

Sun Drying
Step 04Slow sun-dried for 12–15 days on clean concrete yards until moisture drops below 10%. Daily turning ensures uniform drying and prevents mould.
